The Mazzer Mini or Super Jolly is not known for filter coffee use in filter coffee preparations. These custom burrs are coated in SSP’s “Silver Knight” coating, which extends the possible coffee preparation range of ground coffee for the Mazzer Mini or Super Jolly, to include the range for filter coffee.
Silver Knight coating confers the following advantages:
